A night at the tree lighting ceremony

We took the girls to the Tree lighting ceremony last night at the mall and it was a ton of fun! There was a band, The Blenders, they played several songs, then Santa came and did the count down to the lighting, then as they were lighting the tree they had a massive amount of fireworks! We were right there where they were setting them off and it was so neat! Sam and Meagan had so much fun! They were bundled up so well they could hardly move, like the boy on The Christmas Story! It was so much fun we might just make this a tradition. Afterwards, the kiddos can go in and see Santa for the first time this year. However it was too late and the line was super long, the girls were kinda bummed out but they will have other times! Matt enjoys taking them a lot while Santa is here. They love Santa. Happy Holidays everyone, enjoy your Turkey Day!
